Edward Lindahl (1907-1986)

The illustrator, set designer, sculptor and wood carver Edward Lindahl was born in Malmo, Sweden. He studied animal drawing in Vienna, Austria in the late 1920s and worked as an illustrator for a number of newspapers.
In the 1960s he freelanced for both Rörstrand and Gustavsberg where he made stoneware figurines. His famous Owls was made at Gustavsberg’s Studio.
